A number of times, I have requested my old parts and they have not been saved. They were unavailable this time as well. This is something my husband is definitely requesting. Hopefully, it is now in my profile. I also did not received a phone call regarding how much the cost of the work was going to be, which I always have in the past. I was surprised that there was a diagnostic labor fee of$90 since the work was pretty obviously going to be a tuneup, although perhaps there was miscommunication on the receipt and by the front desk person because the receipt says, “found in need of ignition maintenance” and I am unclear if that was part of the tuneup, or if this was done. The overall cost of the work seems high for a tune up. I will be shopping around to see if this is typical for Cabrio tuneups.
